		<description>Sounds like you have a &quot;heat pump&quot; to me. The unit outside runs when the furnace is running. Helps to use some of the outside heat to warm the house. I have one. I don&#039;t like it and would never get a house that one again. The air coming from the vents never gets really warm. The unit runs forever to warm the house.</description>
