My Car’s air conditioning decides when it wants to work, what is going on?

gaia3441 asked:

I have a 97 ford escort, and the air conditioning turns on and off randomly. It will work for almost a day, and then will not work for a week. When I turn the air on when it is not working cold air comes through very lightly, but there is silence. When it does work I hear the air running and everything is fine. Can anyone help?

If its still cold and barely blowing out,i suspect a faulty blower motor.

The wiring somewhere between the wiring somewhere between the fuse box and blower motor id find good electrical shop where you live and have short in the wiring somewhere between the fuse box and blower.
