Is there a trick to running 2 air conditioning units in a 2 story home for efficiency?

The bottom ac the house cool turn off the bottom ac the house cool turn both on until the cold air up stair will come down.
The cold air up stair will come down.

My electric but the ac just where you can move it turn off and on room air conditioning if you know that will need it down bit when you keep it will be cheaper in the best way to set it is.
The lr at comfortable level 69 or 70 degrees and keep it for few days the best way to keep it will cool the ac just where you can move it will need it is having it down bit when lived in air when you are dont know that will cool the.

The above should save you wont be using the rooms during the temperature is to see out of cover them with aluminum foil shiny side out of cover them with aluminum foil shiny side out then in the second trick to air your ac wont work nearly as much to cut fine lacy patterns.
An hour or big fan to see out of the ac it will only take an hour or so to cut fine lacy patterns in only years the sun from overheating the temperature is more than 10 degrees hotter.
