Window Air Conditioner Bracket Installation
How do I remove a window air conditioner set that is five stories up? There seems to be a support slot?
Neath outdoors but it is not attached. It is more than 30 years and therefore the installation specification is long gone. It is too heavy to take full right. Do I have to take out the window?
Firstly, I want to talk to your local government about this. Try planning commission. They could make a suggestion. Second, it may be possible to use a "cherry picker" to exit. Third, if you try to remove the window, make sure the thing is bounded by a line on the roof first! If this is not the roof, the window above. Finally, make sure the area below the work is completed!
