why does my 2001 audi a4 blow neutral air temperature, same degree when air condition or heat is on?

the air blows, its just not hot or cold. I have added coolant. the buttons to adjust the temperature are electric with a electric display of temperature. What could cause this?

    Hm, get the car to a mechanic or out of what you said i can just think of a electrical problem.

    sounds like the tmp sensor is faulty to me you would have to let a garage look at it to be sure
