what are the things called in a car that let to direct air condition and heat in your car?

TJ T asked:

I’m wondering what they’re called. I bought a used car and the person before me broke a few so I can’t change what way the air goes in my car. also I was wondering if theses things can be replaced and if I could do it myself. I have a 1999 Saturn SL2.

AC vent…they usually aren’t too difficult to replace. Ask a Saturn parts adviser for a expanded view of the part and that should help you see how it goes in.
