Help tenants disgust I need?

i tenants in this house july.after end we moved, we have noticed in the porch Leak and assuming he fled for a time because the ceiling tiles just fell.we noticed what appears to be the owner mold.our a new tile on one side and yes its already soggy … He also posted a new shower I guess his name and he just covered the window instead of looping, and now its pushing the wall.in rooms we had air conditioning so we do not need screens, but in windows not the air conditioning there was no screen or they are ripped.we written notification in early November and now it almost December and still no word or repairs.am I responsible for solving these problems? Do I pay for the repairs and deduct rent.should I just keep Rent.it cannot just move because I have no money and I do not want to be held to break the lease. not a tenant rented.

I 'm not a lawyer, so it is not legal advice, you should really ask the Legal Aid Society in your area, because they manage between landlord and tenant issues much, and they might even have free clinics around your area for help. With that, I'm a student law, and can tell you correctly identify some of your options. —————————– ——————— —————————– – If you still can live there and still want, if you have given notice of your land lord of the problems, what I would do is consult the lease. Usually in the leases housing, what to throw out your responsibilities are and what are your owners. You will probably do minor repairs due to property, but I can not know for sure without seeing the lease. So, in general, for residential leases, you must make repairs reasonable to problems that arise after signing the lease, but they were there before you moved, you may be able to force your landlord to fix, or you may be able to do repair and deduct your rent amount if they are too long. You still have to pay your rent, because these issues are not major.
