How much will it cost for fixing the heating and air conditioning?

With the information you provided here, disregard any estimates you may get because I have been working in this field for close to sixty years, and there is no way of knowing what is involved with you’re particular problem. Sorry.

I think they might be able to get it done for nothing at all, try calling ac/heating schools maybe the teacher will take the job on with the students watching, nothing better for learning then hands on.. RIGHT???? you wont know until you try good luck kim

Most HVAC Contractors will give you a free estimate. As far as what it will cost will depend on the age of the equipment
and are parts still available for it. As far as changing it out to
a new updated system will depend on if you have split systems or package units or if they are Heat pumps their are so many variables in this industry now that the government changed the minimum seer rating to 13seer you can still buy 10seer if you can find it and you can still get 10seer 3phase commercial units. It would be in your best interest to call someone and get a quote also get more than one bid. My suggestion is to use Rheem equipment they have a great product. hope this helps!!!!
