It is sprayed in the drain hole on the evaporator case. It will expand and clean inside the case. Also there may be a cabin air filter that needs changed. If it is plugged up air flow will be reduced.Check with the dealer or auto parts store and see if they have one. One or the other should fix your problem................UJN Lovie
