Has anyone out there bought a new Heating and Air Condition from One Hour Heating and Air?

Nomorespying! asked:

If you did, did you like it! How much did you spend? Should I get the air cleaners? Which system did you choose and why?

Ask for a brand name. They like to keep the brand name from their customers. Ask to see a visual of the unit they will install.

If it’s Goodman or Janitrol, I would not suggest either of those units (builder-type models are cheap). I would stick with Trane (American Standard is the same) or Carrier (Bryant is the same). There are a few manufacturers out there who make the same unit under several names.

Also, unless you or your family has severe allergies, the air cleaner is just an add-on.

One good thing about this company is they have everything in writing. Good warranties and customer service.
