More needy Delawareans will have cooler homes, thanks to an air conditioner giveaway through an emergency fund called OPERATION COOL AIR at the Delaware Community Foundation . A team of local businessmen, nonprofit leaders and an anonymous donor created the initiative to make sure those who need help keeping cool will get the help they need.
