Woke up with heat rash? why wont it go away?
ok so yesterday morning i woke up with heat rash (thats what my mom said) and i went to school and i was fine and iwas air conditioned for 45 minutes ( cuz gym class is always cold) and i thought is would help, but irealy think it did nothin, i dont sweat that much and plus i live in new hampshire (usa) and its cold out side so maybe i had to many blankets on? i dont know and its bothering me. its on my chest,thighs,arms,back,and legs. how do iget rid of iyt? i have had it for 2 days now! and its a 3 day weekend! does anybody know ways to treat this? thanks. oh btw i am 12 (almost 13) year old girl.
I suspect that it is NOT a heat rash. However, as to what it really is, that’s impossible to say without examining the rash, as dermatology is a visual science, and you didn’t include any good, clear photos of the rash. Many things, such as viral infections and drug or chemical reactions, can give a rash such as you’ve described. If it persists, show it to your dermatologist.
