Air Conditioning Feels Humid
Does anyone else get effected by heat this way?
I know that everyone gets uncomfortable when it is hot and humid out, but I seem to get extremely sick. Today for example it was almost 90 out and it was so humid that a thick haze was in the air. I went to my boyfriends parents house and they don’t have air conditioning and plus we were outside, and within an hour I felt like I was going to throw up and pass out. It gets so bad that it’s hard to breath and my vision gets blurry. It has been like this my whole life and now that I am older it really effects my life, I avoid outside because I know I’m going to miserable. Does anyone else get like this, and do you think it might be something worse or is it just how I react to heat?

It’s definitely heat stroke. It happens to me sometimes when im outside tanning or washing my car when it’s really hot, or even if it’s just sunny. I actually thought I was going to throw up one time. And your right, it does affect your life as you get older, same with me.
The best thing you can do it just sit down for a minute no matter where you are. Always keep drinking a ton of water because you don’t want to pass out from dehydration. Keep taking deep breaths too because you could start to panic from not being able to see straight.
Anyway that’s what works for me. I know there is not much you can do about it except those, I know, it sucks!<3
